That pink looks a bit lurid @Allotment Boy.  Good photos.  Thanks.

@Nanny Beach yes, Rasta is a dog and we have another called Bonzo.  Both getting on now so have to have a daily dose of arthritis meds which we hide in cat food to make sure they scoff the lot otherwise Rasta licks her way round them.  Bonzo is a Labrador Hoover upper and eats almost anything.

We do also have 2 cats.  And the 5 chooks.  Makes for a lot of fun.

Mucho cleaning for me tomorrow as we have guests arriving tomorrow for a couple of nights and then another lot on Friday.  Lots of window cleaning which I find very tedious plus the usual dusting, vaccing and floor washing.

I’m sure it’s the same in France, here house guests are freely allowed to run a finger along the tops of picture frames and skirting boards. Watch carefully afterwards for the knowing look and almost imperceptible nod or shake of the head, one to the other, soon afterwards. Also, no matter how clean they were already, towels have to be changed.

  • Yes the Pork was very tender Dove. @Obelixx, it wasn't that colour,  it was under infra red lights.
We have just been treated to a  special light show.

    Mucho rain here. 👏👏.

Our son returned to Canberra late yesterday. We keep looking around for his cat, Pixel, in  case we trip over her. 🙄🙄. I really miss her when she has been down for a visit.

We are into town today for a dental visit for Hubby. Not sure if I’ll sit in the car and wait, or wander around in the rain. I’ll see how I feel when I’m there.

Morning folks, very mild again,17c overnight.(outside) Dishwasher and washing done not sure about putting it out. Little fine rain late yesterday.  How old is Rasta, Obelixx? My grandkids other granny has a lab,he's about 7 months now, ridiculously well mannered and behaved, house trained in 5 minutes, and really not bothered about food. My border collie on the other hand!!!

    Good morning all 😊 ☕️
Damp and overcast here in Norfolk today … I think I’ll be picking the last of the courgettes today … but I’ve never known them to keep producing this long. Very pleased with them … Green Bush.

  • It rained here last night but it's bright and clear now. We leave the ship at 10.30 to head for the train . We'll be back late afternoon.  It's been great but I will be glad to get back to my own bed and the garden.
