    Good morning all.

Wish I could join @chicky this evening, I like James Alexander-Sinclair. Would have liked to have joined her yesterday too for Sarah Raven and Sissinghurst. Been to Sissinghurst several times. We used to live near there before moving to France.

I need to go to the SM this morning. Probably do some weeding this afternoon.

    Hi all

It is certainly a relief not to worry every morning what the NDN might be planning.

Lovely day here, need to motivate myself and get something done.

    Bonjour à tous!

Another beautiful day, however still no sign of rain.

Made my Christmas mincemeat this morning - a double lot as hopefully the neighbours can come this year to a Christmas afternoon tea and not having to deposit mince pies at the gate, like last year.  Also made a Chakalaka for lunch with some left to freeze.

Bien venu en France Monsieur et Madame @Allotment Boy  Hope the weather is clement and bien venu to you too @odetobillyjoe

Now to clean up the kitchen after my fruitful morning!!

Just popped in to say, hi, bonjour and g'day y'all!  Up to eyes in paperwork etc.  Now roped in to helping with the Christmas Lights Switch On!  (And just accepted VIP invitation to launch of the Fisher Theatre's Spring Season).

  • Bonjour from les Andelys, it was a very foggy start here but turned into a beautiful day.  After visits to old town, church and castle ruins etc we are back on board and heading for Rouen. We will get a proper guided tour tomorrow.  It seems they changed the itinerary so we can visit the cathedral there, on the old itinerary they got there on a Monday and it was always closed. This means we have had to do quite a bit of time on ship the first 2 days.  As the week progresses we will do more on shore and sail in the evening and at night only.
