@Allotment Boy   Although it is autumn, it is cold in Giverny.  Take warm clothes.  I hope you get nice sunny days, tho'.  Bon voyage.

Good to see you @punkdoc ((hugs)) from us to you two.

Well, the bedlinen is on the line and I've potted up 3 amaryllis, two pots of species crocus, two pots of N. Tete a tete and one of N. Yellow Sailboat (a lovely elegant scented daff which, along with it's paler sister are particular favourites of mine) and done a bit of tidying around. The grass desperately needs cutting, but it's much too wet ... there must've been a very heavy dew last night ... or did it rain ... I was sound asleep so didn't hear it if it did.

Now for a coffee .... then I'll write up what I've planted in my notebook.   :)

    Afternoon all,
@Busy-Lizzie, yes my OH is waiting for a possible hip op but actually hasn't seen a consultant yet. My daughter hasn't phoned me for three weeks now, she's not very good at keeping in touch sometimes.
Hugs to @Hostafan1, @Punkdoc, @Dordogne_Damsel and everybody else in need.
Hope you enjoy your holiday in France @Allotment Boy.

It's brilliantly sunny outside so I must stir myself and do something.

Counting my blessings here. For no good reason, I have been feeling very down for the past two weeks, waking in the night, and getting up in a foul mood. OH was concerned, I am usually such a glass half full person. However, reading about what some of you are having to deal with, I really have no excuse. Just been out to the neglected bit of front garden and pulled up a massive heap of brambles. I have to say, that was hugely satisfying! Had to stop when my back started complaining, but it did make me feel good.
Hugs and commiserations to all who need it.
