  • Hello Chive sorry to hear about mum being back in hospital.  I’m glad she’s home now, poor love, she’s been through it.  Wishing your mum a good recovery now and pleased she feels happier after getting her hair done.  A stressful time for you.  I hope you get a good nights sleep and wish you better days ahead.  Goodnight everyone.

Never mind Rubee, it's bed time!

Good to hear from you Chive, and good news about your Mum at last.

I spent sometime today doing something to the floors with a sucking machine.

    Lovely flower photo LB.

  • Good to see you @Chivetalking sorry to hear your mum had to have another stay in hospital, but so pleased she's on the mend again and back home. She will love being back in her own home and there's nothing like your own bed. Bet it did her the world of good having her hair done and being pampered.  Hope you're ok, take care of yourself too. Being at work with those little ones will do you good. Very best wishes to you and your mum.  I'm sleeping a bit better thank you, but still get the odd sleepless night.

Haha @Ladybird4 no I haven't seen that one, but have had a few. Also had a few visions, but don't know how to post those on here. Lovely flowers, such a pretty pink.
@Songbird-1 glad you had a lovely day with your daughter. Hope you get a better nights sleep.

@bluebellsinthewild hope you sleep better tonight too.
@Busy-Lizzie I used the sucky thing on the floors this morning too 😉🙄

Night night everyone, sleep well and sweet dreams

    Good morning all. Hello Chive!
Sms nice to see you SMS to say
Like others, I am so sorry to hear about your Mum's setback Chive but now she is on the right way to recovery which is excellent news. The first time I had my hair done last year after ages of isolation was just the best ever feeling so I can share in her happiness. I'll bet the small people are helping you to unwind and I'm sure that they will bring a smile to your face. x

    Morning all.

Have a great day with Bestie, LB. Doesn't time pass quickly?

I will be daffodil planting, but back aches this morning. It hasn't ached at all for a while. It has arthritis. Chilly but should be a sunny day.

  • Morning everyone, looks a bit dreary outside this morning and feels a bit chilly. I've got the table lamps on this morning.
Have a lovely time @Ladybird4 the weeks just whizz by don't they. I can't believe how quickly September has gone either!
I'm going to go the big shops this morning, I want to get a new coat.  One to keep me dry as well as warm.
@Busy-Lizzie Hope you're not in too much pain, be careful planting your bulbs, slowly does it.
Just having my first cup of tea, anyone like a cup ☕☕☕

Morning Busy and SGL. Do you have a bulb planter Busy? I have a long handled one which is a real boon - still have to stoop just a little to pop the bulbs into the hole but it definitely makes this easier. With the number of bulbs you have to plant though, I think you need an industrial sized machine!
Good luck with the coat shopping SGL. I wonder if anything else catches your eye.
