Afternoon all. It was raining here until about 5 minutes agao and now that sun is out. Going to grasp the opportunity to fill the bird feeders - I think I will have to order some more food as well - and I will check on the GH. Starting to move things that are not reliably hardy in there to overwinter. Hope Debs and family are having a super time and that you are all enjoying the afternoon.
Cacoethes: An irresistible urge to do something inadvisable
Good afternoon .It’s very wet here . For the last two hours we have been playing find where Casper is . He is an indoor cat and we were concerned that he could have got out when one of us went to the bin .We looked in every cupboard and room .Looked in the cat run and in the shelter that is in the run. Outhouse and porch were searched.Next we looked behind the sofa and futon and although unlikely every kitchen cupboard .He didn’t seem to be anywhere .Earlier we had changed the bed put a clean throw on the bed for the cats .Before I left the room I folded several throws and put them on the ottoman. A few minutes ago I came upstairs again and sat on the bed .Out of my eye corner I saw a movement .The pile of throws were very slowly moving .After a few moments a very warm Casper slid from underneath the throws .How he had somehow managed to slip under the throws without disturbing them I just don’t know. So pleased I found him 😁.
