That's good to see @Marlorena. Funnily enough I was thinking of you re your pruning advice this afternoon as I started pruning my climbing 'New Dawn'., the first of my roses to drop all it's leaves. I kept stepping back and looking at it and thinking well, what would Marlorena do next! Think I've done it okay, it is of course in the wrong place on a shed but I didn't appreciate then that it wanted to climb and climb and climb. I was in two minds this year whether to give it the chop or not, it's over ten years old now but I do love the colour of the blooms.

Thank you @Marlorena for posting pruning photos. Very useful for me.

I managed to mow the soggy mess lawn. Mower wasn't picking wet grass clippings and leaves, so I just let it mulch. By the time I finished it was dark. I will take a photo in light tomorrow. I have small electric Bosch mower so it takes a while to do whole lot. I have to say, it did a good job considering how wet everything was.

@Marlorena Thank you for the pictures. I am a learner and they're indeed useful. This is the first time I am going to do pruning and hopefully a proper one! I was after the advice and Thank you @JessicaS for initiating.

Thank you @Marlorena super useful! My Rhapsody in blue is a bit leggy if you dont mind when it finishes I'll take a pic for advice on how much to prune it as I got it from colin gregory and he said it needed to be hard pruned and I think I'm a bit too soft with it!

Pleased with my bare roots so far, Odyssey arrived, (im so excited for that one!) along with wild rover and ive got fetzer syrah and bridge of sighs due to arrive today.
