    We're all becoming rosaholics ;)
    Oxford. The City of Dreaming Spires.
    And then my heart with pleasure fills,
    And dances with the daffodils (roses). Taking a bit of liberty with Wordsworth :)

    This thread is definitely a bad influence, but having a new garden to play with, with more room for roses isn’t helping either 😆 the front garden (next years job) is roughly 7m x 6m and it going to be a big herbaceous perennial and rose border, can’t wait!

    I bought bring me sunshine for the front garden, would it be better to plant it in a pot or put it somewhere out the back for this year? I am going to be raising the soil level of the front garden to reduce the slope or I’d just put it out there!

    Oh, it's left me cold. I like the name but don't fancy it at all. For the same reason I wouldn't buy an Elizabeth.

    Looks just like Bathsheba to me and even says it has a complex Myrrh fragrance which means it's another menthol throat sweet affair. No thanks!

    So I'll pass for another year.

    See if they do a red next year!

    Looking forward to seeing how you all find them though! They both look like lovely roses just not for me!

    @Omori - I can see! 😂

    I worded that badly, I didn't mean I didn't like the look of the rose. It's gorgeous, but too similar to ones I already have. Which is why it doesn't appeal to me. I just don't have the space!

    I get that, same reason I won’t be going for Elizabeth…no point!

    What a lot of excitement! I was going to buy the new rose as well as it's my namesake but thought it looked insipid, I'm not keen on either the colour or flower shape.

     As I've just ordered Chandos Beauty which is much more to my taste but have no idea where I'm going to put it I daren't order any more. The Bring me Sunshine rose is gorgeous however if orange is your thing.
