Safe journey, Dove, I’ll be thinking of you. Might be popping to Combe Garden Centre for breakfast, as the Donkey sanctuary had run out of Japanese anemones, but probably too early for you to be passing by. Hope the A30 / 303 behaves itself.
Hostafan, back to bed for you, or you’ll need an afternoon nap!
im going to try and get another hours sleep.

    Oh the dilemma.
Do I go back to bed and mabye sleep, but maybe just waste an hour or so trying? or do I try to do something productive for an hour then head to the care home nice and early and have the rest of the day free?
Afternoon nap is V tempting though.

I didn’t realise that he was in hospital. My best wishes to him.

  • He’s been having some tests on his mystery heart condition @Pat. He said he didn’t mind people knowing but he didn’t want to make a fuss. Not very nice for him. 😞

    Have a great holibobs @Dovefromabove 🏖

Just dashing off to College - today I’m going to learn how to double dig 😳

But before I leave I have just whizzed into the garden to take some pics to show it is not just Chelsea that can do colour in late September 🌈🌈🌈

    That’s lovely, chicky!
    Hope Punkdoc doing ok.
I did get another hours sleep, feeling nearly human.
After yesterdays laziness,- spent the whole day watching the tree surgeons, and did nothing much else apart from baking some cakes for them to have with their tea- I have a backlog of shredding and brambles to deal with. Might even get one or two plants into the ground.

    Hello all.
    I hope @punkdoc is OK.

Have a lovely holiday @Dovefromabove, I hope the weather is kind.

I couldn't get to sleep last night, left foot was hurting, had to take painkillers. Seems OK now. I woke up late. It's sunny, must get out and do some gardening.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
