Hi everyone, hope all those with various travails are OK. Well the grand visit at Capel went ahead. There were supposed to be 4 small groups going round but they ended up all congregating at the Japanese garden in one go. Apparently they were impressed, the Capel people are hoping to get some sponsorship, and maybe some student exchange set up. The gardens were looking good even though I say it myself.

Hi Hostafan. Pour me cup of decaf tea! Can’t be bothered to get out of bed to make one myself. Def haven’t the energy to unload dishwashers. Don’t want to disturb OH either, as he is out for the count. Hope you’ll be able to catch up on your sleep tomorrow? You do need to look after yourself.
I know that feeling. That’s why I either read or do puzzles. Annoying though when I shut my eyes, and my mind jumps back to whatever it was I was trying not to think about. It is recommended to get up and do something, but I don’t have the energy and I don’t want to get cold. I’m going to try to get back to sleep again, still early enough to get a couple of hours shuteye if I’m lucky. Enjoy your cuppa. Hugs.
Good morning all 😊 ☕️ I hope the restless ones got back to sleep. My brain used to churn around in anxious spirals in the wee small hours … now I just put a silly comedy on BBC Sounds and I’m back to sleep in a few minutes. It’s been amazing how it works for me. 😊
