  Hazel it has helped.  I walk better than without.  I notice a difference if I sleep in a different bed.  I also bought one to go in a cushion for Alfie with him getting older.  I’ve had them for years now.

  I googled the magnetic blanket too @bluebellsinthewild sounds interesting. Also says it helps for sleep apnea.

  Morning LB and all to follow.
  A heavy dew this morning and a bit of a misty morning this morning. But the sun is trying to peek through. 
  The weeks do go quickly LB,  we're halfway through August already! 
  Hoping to get out in the garden today and also need to do some wet cloth things.
  Need more tea 😉
