    Great posts folks 😎

    I am now adding:

    No bra.

Feet in a bowl of cool water (with added rose and geranium bath salts).
My garden and I live in South Wales.

Or me, but some say I could do with one.
How can you lie there and think of England

I have a cool shower if I get too hot. Even just a quick one refreshes me + a change of undies.

Stark, broccoli naked inside, a loose shirt and a sock for protection of things outside 😉
Judging by the number of puce-shouldered people coming through the shop yesterday I'm guessing they need to listen to AuntyRach more

I'm heading for home shortly to get out and toast my old bod.

No bra here either, folks. Moobs swinging free as nature intended ;)

When washing hands I run cold water on my wrists for an extra few seconds. Really cools me down.

I do eat the occasional ice lolly as well :)

Wherever possible I'll do jobs that allow me to follow the shade around.

I have a big, quiet fan in the bedroom and a table fan on the dinner table.   There are also good number of ice packs in the freezer at all times. I also keep a close eye on the forecast and remind myself that temps will dip back down in a few days (this week).

The ground floor of my house is always nice and cool so I'm hiding in my office and catching up on some work. The only windows face north and suck in cold air from the shady void between the house and the retaining wall. Sadly the same is true in winter when it's always a few degrees too cold down here.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
