It was @Ladybird4Β I put a cheeky pound on Carapaz at 16/1 as he made the break with McNulty (based on Chris Boardman's comments about him being a good descender and reasonable sprinter). Cheers Chris
Some of them were perspiring more than I do when exercising Β
Morning all. It'sΒ a wet old start here - true festival weatherπ The band last night wasn't my favourite. They did all 90's stuff (with a very heavy emphasis on Oasis and Blur) - not so much my cup of tea.
Looking forward to Ratpack and Mumford & Sons style performances today and a bit of Ska tomorrow - much more like it! The other bands are described as 'party music' so I'm hoping that's going to be a nice mix of sing-along favourites - bit of T-Rex, Quo, Queen, Robbie Williams, tiny bit of Abba. What do we think?
@Biglad - you got it wrong. It's not 'Affletics' it's 'Aff-er-letics'. π§
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
Morning T'Bird. I would be happy with all of those you mention for the sing-along especially my favourites forever and a day namely Queen. I just have to hear 'Is this the real life?' and I'm away
