    I have four cucumbers waiting to be picked,  and I filled that white bowl with tomatoes again today, plus enough green/french beans for two meals.

    Some more cucumbers picked today:


    Oxford. The City of Dreaming Spires.
    And then my heart with pleasure fills,
    And dances with the daffodils (roses). Taking a bit of liberty with Wordsworth :)

    Had a poor crop of pink fir apple potatoes last year but they decided to show this year instead.
    This is the second bowl full so far.
    Not bad for ones that we didn't find last year and grew themselves in amongst the peas and beans!

    Today picked 8 cucumbers,  5lb 9 oz of assorted tomatoes, a dozen carrots, and a bag full of green/french beans.
    With some of the cucumbers and the carrots ( plus potatoes pulled a week ago) made 4 portions of soup ( enough for two people)
    Have frozen some Raspberries picked today, 1/2 pound, ready to make jam when I have enough. 🥵

    After a week away in Edinburgh today I picked 4 big courgettes, a large basket of gardeners delight tomatoes and 4 huge aubergine. It's not a complaint I expected but the aubergine are like courgettes they just keep coming. A count today shows over 40 fruit on the 3 plants
