    I was in Tesco once with my jute F&M bag and got the ‘unexpected item in bagging area’ message. I thought ‘you’re right there’.

    I would love to know why a shopping bag is unexpected. A live trout or a foaming pint  or a ferret might be unexpected but not a shopping bag.

 it’s the photographers’ way of getting the medal and the face in one close-up shot.  There’s not really another pose that will do that. It does the job.

 they help a picture ‘paint a thousand words’ 
 it ain’t art and doesn’t have to be creative to do its job 
 it’s nice if it does of course, but it doesn’t have to 🙄

    It's raining,ok, can't complain about that,I wanted some. However,put Text on BBC one. Friday 24 hour forecast,me in between Hastings and Brighton,sun and fair weather cloud all today. 5 day forecast,rain all day today,well which is it! Having to do washing, haven't done any this week,but really not wanting to use the tumble dryer,has to be a quick discussion cod I've got economy 7
