All our tomatoes are still green @wild edges and they're in the polytunnel so warm as toast even on cold days and with the door at either end open night and day. Sowed and planted late cos of the cold spring and plenty of time to ripen so not worrying just yet.

...did anyone ever buy those things? There were so many things I wanted as a kid - and used to get so excited when the Beano or Victor had a free giveaway inside.
I've spent 3 hours on the phone today. 3 different departments within DWP, they don't speak to each other so I'm left on hold for over half an hour each time before they even speak to me, then tell me to call someone else. Who'd have thought that Care Allowance, isn't the same as Carer Allowance? It'd have been too difficult to give those different Allowances ( administered by different departments ) completely different names, OBVIOUSLY
