    Ones of my ,,(ex) friends,surgery was taken over by Virgin,at which point they stopped having GPs on site,this is years before the pandemic she doesn't drive,it would be 10 miles to see a GP,or hours in the ED

    Why do I feel let down by the likes of Branson and Dyson? I've no idea why I expected better of them.
