Waist  sizes are pretty much  irrelevant  for man with a beer belly  as the Waist sits underneath

You can get women's trousers in different leg lengths and with pockets. I know because I now need the shortest length you can buy! Very pleased with my latest purchase.

@northernjoe ... I know the difficulty ... my son in law tried to hire a morning suit for a relative's wedding ... he's a bit more than 6'6" with a 30" waist if he's  got a meal inside him, and with an inside leg length of 40" ... couldn't get one anywhere ... they'd make one for him of course ... but not one of the major hire companies could get him a morning suit in those measurements.  He had to attend the wedding in a lounge suit and feel out of place ... and some people probably thought that he (being black) didn't know any better.  :/

If your SIL was made to feel out of place for the difference between a Morning Suit and a Lounge Suit, it would seem we also need to worry about Clothesism too :D

You don't have to be made to feel out of place ... you just do ... being the only black person there (apart from some of the catering staff), towering over all of them, and being a townie at the marriage of two farming families ....... and then not fitting in with the dress code ...  I think he was brave to even turn up, bless him.   <3

My marguerites are doing really badly this year. You guessed it and so did I. Teabags😠
I had a poke around before planting but didn't find anything. I pulled out the nearly dead one. The teabag was so small and tightly wrapped, no wonder I didn't spot it
