I hope it's a great haircut when it happens @Songbird-1! I'm looking forward to going to my favourite hairdresser in Norfolk when I manage to join OH.

Tipping with rain this afternoon. I watched the last Line of Duty, gosh it's complicated. How does anyone remember who everyone is and what happened to them?

I've cleaned the sitting room and dining room. This house doesn't seem to get as dirty  as the last one.

A home hairdresser came and cut mine back in January, before the French lockdown, incredibly short, a dreadful shock! But quite useful because it's now about its normal length.

Hello everyone. I have had a super day today with my Bestie. How unfair is this though, on her side of the hill it was mainly dry and on my side of the hill when I drove home it was pouring down. Not to worry, we had a great time.
Sorry you had such a rough night Hazel. Fingers crossed tonight is better. Lets hope that this dental appointment goes to plan.
Busy-Lizzie your house will be filled with happy noises this weekend. In answer to your comment about your house staying cleaner than the last is it perhaps because your OH is not there at the moment?? Only joking. As for LOD, watching every series a gazillion times is a good way to follow  and remember all of the links.
Bestie's daughter coloured my hair for me today following my hair cut of a week ago. I always feel better after that.

    Good evening my dear friends.

Two weeks passed that I wasn't here. I can only give you my apologies for that. It was turbulent two weeks but now all work is done and I have time for many other things.
I didn't look in, so hope so that you are all well. It's more than five hundreds posts to read so I don't know what was happening with you all.
All preparations for school tomorrow are done so I'll have dinner and tea.

    Hi Hazel!
Thanks for kind words. Indeed weekend is almost here and I'll certainly have a restful one. It's raining whole week and it will continue few more days, so I can't work on land.. How are you and your OH?

I'm glad that you can again visit your mum Hazel. Enjoy watching Kew Gardens.
My parents and sister are well, thanks for asking. I manage to keep crops and garden under control so far. It should be easier now when all works inside are over.

  • Lily I’m afraid not, the water spray is the only option.   I just give him a quick spray and he dashes off to do some lounging.  Chive we love our furry friends unconditionally.  LB good to hear your hair is all done.  Hazel your turn Saturday.  Ante sounds like you’ve been busy, you’re very welcome on resurrected.  I hope you are winding down for the weekend after your endeavours.  I’m glad your family are well.  Busy I missed all but the last episode of line of duty so it’s a mystery to me.

Ante good to see you hope things are calmer now and you can enjoy your summer.
Feeling very tired I think an early night is on the cards.

Hello Ante - so lovely to see you again but you know that you needn't apologise. We all know that you and the others of us who are still working have lots of things to deal with and you have had all the work at the cottage to do as well as your teaching. Its good to hear that your sister and parents are well. How are the wedding plans going?
Hazel, I watched the Kew Gardens programme and thoroughly enjoyed it. I have never been to Kew and it is on my bucket list. I also watched the Carol Klein programme before it and was heartened to see that she is having the same problem with her pond as I am with mine.
Deb's I think I'm beginning to develop those webbed feet that you speak about They may come in handy when I start work on the pond.
Like Hazel, I'm signing out for tonight so I'll see all you lovely people tomorrow.
