Afternoon all - another lovely day in the NE (yesterday the weather was pants so we'll gloss over that) - and we've driven 30 miles to be in our beloved Scotland at Eyemouth.

Not a bad lunch and ice cream stop. In fact we're just going to chill here for a couple of hours with our books. Bought a large seafood platter from the local fishmongers to have for dinner with a nice crusty loaf and local butter & a bottle of something cold, white and dry...

Sorry to hear things have not been so good Yvie - as LB says we're happy to listen if you need to offload.

Well done on doing the freezer LB  - one of my least favourite jobs. Forget the tea - you deserve a G&T 🙂

Another great picture T'Bird. I think we should call your trips Ice Cream Tours. Tell you what though, there is nothing nicer (allowing for seagulls) than eating outdoors near the coast. Have another great day with your OH.

@Yviestevie, good to see you pop in, we were getting worried. We are here to listen.

Glad you are having a good time @Topbird. I love seafood platters and ice cream.

Decided to risk putting the sheets on the line, despite forecast of showers. Have just got them in in time.

    Evening all,

After a terrible day's weather it brightened up in time for my running-round-a-field-duties. Struggled to see when looking into the setting sun (well that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it).

Bought a power washer today so that will be coming out of the box tomorrow. I'm also going to be ordering the panels for the back fence. It's all coming together. Slowly ;)

Good Morning All, forecast to be sunny until midday and then rain for the afternoon, I will prepare myself for a wet play with the little ones.
Hope you all have a good day.
