I feel that I should pass you a box of tissues and make you a cuppa @takhana 😢

Oh dear! You could put it in a pot of compost, in the warm, having trimmed the end with a knife like a cutting @takhana.

I've mowed the lawn and got all my tax figures ready for the lady who fills in the complicated online form in French for me. I now live only about 10 minutes from her. Hate dealing with tax. My English pensions go from April to April and French pension and tax are January to January.

Just been out to water the greenhouse and it's already decidedly droopy :( I've popped some rooting gel on it and put it back in the soil... we'll see.

    Hi all

Just to let you know, my Mum died this afternoon, little Sis was with her and said it was very peaceful.
The care she received in her last few weeks was wonderful, a great example of how the Care System can work.

Dear @punkdoc ... our sincere sympathies to you and your family. I’m so glad that, despite the difficulties of the last few months, she was comfortable and peaceful at the end, knowing that she was much loved. Xx

So very sorry @punkdoc but pleased for you and sis that she had a quiet and comfortable end and especially that your sister could be there.

So sorry @punkdoc. But glad you were able to see her and that your sister could be with her at the end. Sending careful and sanitary virtual ((hugs)).
