Meant to say no naked gardening here, you wouldn't even get me in shorts until it's  at least  +23C
If it never went below 23C ( even at night ) I'd be Mr Happy

2C at 8 am this morning and we've had some wet air since but no measurable rain.  OH and I are reduced to having a good tidy and clean inside as it's so unfriendly outside.

1st of May is a big thing in Belgium too with people offering sprigs of lily of the valley for good luck.  Mine were never in flower by 1st of May and this is the first year here that they are only in bud.  We had 2 days of shorts and strappy tops weather at the end of March but not since.  Layers and thermal socks needed again today.  Definitely not naked weather.

Arm OK today.   Bit tender but not painful like yesterday.

Stay safe everyone, whatever you're up to.

Good day all. Thank you for starting us off this May @Dovefromabove 🌷

Have a lovely day all, just be careful with those forks, loppers and secateurs if you are naked gardening 😵

Ooh @chicky, a bluebell wood, how lovely! My favourite wild flower. Will there be photos? I love the scent too.

Naked gardening? I'm still in my thermals!  Lovely drop of rain again this morning. @chicky - so envious of your lilies of the valley.  I've spotted one or two leaves from the 20 pips I planted last year (which pretty much disappeared over the course of the summer) but nothing like a flowering plant.  I keep trying and keep failing - they just don't like me.

Bluebells were beautiful.....here’s a pic for you @Busy-Lizzie

Our lily of the valley is actually a bit invasive here @didyw but it’s an invasion I put up with because of their gorgeous scent 🌸
