    evening all.
    Thanks for the kind words.
Today wasn't too bad for me. but some of the drivers were stuck in traffic which was gridlocked from Bude to Ilfracombe.
Another hour late again, but some nice customers which is always lovely.

Traffic is mad down here, @Hostafan1 - I've been watching on the news and staying well out of it. Hunkered down at home - no better place to be when the weather is fine like this though. Glad your customers were kind today

Glad to hear that everyone seems to have had a good (if tiring) day ... night night all ... sleep tight 😴

    Evening all,

Didn't do as much as you lot in the garden by the sound of it :o Planted out some French marigolds and potted a few other things on.

    Then made my BBQ debut!

    A good day :)

Ooo - a debut @Biglad ..... hope you milked it for all it’s worth 🤣🤣

Joined in the planting spree by getting my sweet peas in the ground 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻.  But it was hot out there at 2pm.

Tomorrow I will plant early, then come back in and swot in the heat of the day.

Had a wonderful end to the day with a walk up Black Down.  Beautiful views, and all to ourselves.  Actually saw a cuckoo.....as opposed to hearing one.  Not close enough to see it’s markings, but could see it’s chest going in and out with each cuck - ooo

Morning all.  Your day yesterday sounded good. At least you are able to get out and about pottering in your gardens.

We’ve woken to a very cold morning. Heavy frost out there and minus 4.7 according to Hubby’s magic gadgets.

The fog is just starting to lift and I can see most of the range across the valley. I watched our neighbour across the river moving sheep along the road late yesterday and then fencing them into another paddock. They were startlingly white. That means to me that they had just been shorn. I can’t get them out of my mind now, thinking about them having to stand in the frost this morning with almost no wool left on them. 😢😢. I often wonder how they survive. No sign of them this morning, so I don’t know where they were moved to. Maybe they’ve been trucked into the sale yards in town. Must have a look as we drive past.

Oh, as I was typing, the fog has lifted and there isn’t a cloud in the sky. Very cerulean blue all over.
Your chooks are lovely, Obelixx. They must be very happy with you.

    Good morning all 😊 ☕️
another glorious morning. A Queen wasp has been buzzing around inside our window ... a beautiful thing but I don’t wanted her building a nest in our wardrobe so OH has encouraged her to leave.
Today I shall be planting out the tomatoes and squashes 😃 👍

A gloriously sunny, if a  bit of a breezy morning here.

A bit of a grey and dull start here today again.  It took till 11:30 for the sun to break through yesterday.
    Have a good day all.

    Morning all,

    I did @chicky ;)

Looks like the same again out there today. I'll go out once I've finished the washing-up :(
