    Spider mites damage is also similar.
    You could also have sawfly larvae where the damage is bigger.

    Thanks for that, what a lovely concept!  My bigger camellias do have that effect too, now I know what to call it!

    @Victoria Sponge Managed to get to the label on the orange rose without any injuries and the name was Precious Amber.  :)
