Good morning Ruby. When I brought the milk in it was very cold but that was quite early. As I am typing now, the skies have darkened. I guess I put the kiss of death on the weather.

Good Morning LB & Rubee and all to follow, dare I say it the sun is out 😬
LB It does sound as though we will be seeing vastly different weather after today,
Rubee Stay in the warm, hope your crochet is coming along,
@Songbird-1 That was my expectation that I’d have a swathe of those little flowers in no time, my mums friend had given me a bunch of hers as she was forever pulling them up! it’s always the way isn’t it 😀
Debs I hope your fiancé is improved today,
As I was passing the local shop yesterday a tray of Primroses wanted to come home with me, so I have those to plant out this morning.
Hope you all have a lovely day.

Hi all, fiancé better than he was but his temperature is erratic and he feels very lethargic so planning to pop him in front of the tv and go out in the garden later. I think the forecast is for rain rest of the week so got to make the most of today.
Chive I love primroses really brighten up the garden. Pleased yesterday went well with the little ones. Long May it continue!

Morning Debs, I do hope so! Glad your fiancé has improved, a leisurely day for him sounds like a good idea. Enjoy your time in the garden today.

Morning Chive and Debs. I love the idea of the primroses leaping out at you Chive. Thats the sort of 'buy' I like but 'sco was rubbish for plants last week. Might be more lucky this one. Good news about your fiancé Debs.

    Morning everyone
It's a lovely sunny day here and not as cold as it has been so I'll be outside again. Have been very busy moving plants before the landscaper arrives to make part of the so-called woodland border into more driveway. The huge ash tree means very little grows well there - so I won't regret slightly reducing the problem. Probably also time to sow some coriander and a couple of other bits and pieces - I'm not doing much in the way of seeds this year.

Debs - hope OH feels better soon

Chive - hope you're enjoying being back at work (nearly) properly.

Enjoy today everyone - weather looks like it's taking a dive tomorrow!

Afternoon,  Off to pick up the boys in a minute but have popped on to say hello.
Yesterday I was supposed to take delivery of a large amount of compost and a raised bed.  The compost arrived but no raised bed.
I was also supposed to get a steamer garden chair and a cushion.  Cushion arrived, no chair.  Apparently it has 'got lost' and there are no more available.  Just a cushion then for Hubby to lie on in the garden.  Can't wait to see him get back up again.

  • PR good news with your sons test results.  Debs sorry to hear your fiancé is still poorly but glad he can have some soup.  LB I hope you’re in a better sleep pattern.  I love the cartoon of snoopy and Woodstock.   Chive I hope mum is feeling better now and that school is going well.  Enjoy the primroses.   Hazel hope the gardening is going well.  Lily how are you.  I hope oh is enjoying his Pilates.  It is quite difficult to do.  Yvie I hope your chair arrives soon.  Have a good day everyone.
