@Hostafan1 I don’t even use water from the butt for small seedlings .., let alone crush injuries with a load of tissue damage ... what are you like?!?!?! 🙄

The boiler has been fixed temporarily with string and sealing wax 😉 but as I thought, we’ll need a new one PDQ. Not surprising .., it was by no means young when we came here ten years ago. We’ll have to raid the piggy bank 🙄

So is this going to need several repeat visits then @Hostafan1 ? 😉

It's over an hour each way to the hospital, I might ask if my GP can take over

I thought the journey might be worth it for the ‘scenery’ 😉

Hi folks,  Decided to treat myself this morning so I've been out and purchased a bird table for the garden from Ashwoods.

How on earth do you turn theses photos round.  Anyone know.

I have the same problem with  pictures @Yviestevie.
Did my trip to the dump,  got rid of loads of old prunings as well as all the crud from the front garden, muscari, celandine and mind your own business.  Hope their hot composting is effective otherwise  I have contaminated a lot of other gardens. 🙁
What sort of boiler do you think you will go for @Dovefromabove ? We did ours last year and according to advice in Which,  we still had a condensing gas boiler.  A heat pump is the way for the future but they are still so expensive.

@Yviestevie are you uploading from your phone? iPhone or Android?

Hi gang.  Rubbish sleep last night so up too late to do the SM raid before lunch.   Just back but got everything done including DIY store, boot mender for new heels, lamb shoulder on special offer and even some strawberry plants.

Just having a much needed decaf and then I'm off to see the chooks who were squawking and muttering about their sweetcorn.

New garden centre sounds good @Busy-Lizzie.  What's it called?  You never know, it might be on a scenic route home if and when OH and I finally head off to explore the Pyrenees foothills and Perpignan region.

Like @Dovefromabove I don't use butt water for seedlings or seed trays @Hostafan1 so no way would it go anywhere near an open wound.   That's what iodine is for!
