Thanks Dove. 😃 Since getting home Hubby went to bed for a nap, ten minutes his sisfriAqkd rang to say hello. He said he was just nodding off. 😳. I flopped on the lounge and played jigsaws on my iPad.  And so life goes on. 😂

DD, I hope your symptoms get a bit better for you soon. You’ll have to teach Charlie to cook so that he can take over for you at times. 😳😃

Take it easy as much as you can @D0rdogne_Damsel. 😊

I felt rotten for a couple of days @D0rdogne_Damsel - but then it goes.  Same goes for everyone I know under 60 that has had it.  Still good to have it done 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Rotten, rainy day here today, so I’ll be doing my homework.  Also good to be within “hailing” distance.  Mr C is building a desk and bookshelves in our study (now that chicklet has vacated it) and needs a hand with lugging things around every now and then.

Morning all  bright start but then a heavy shower.  I think that is the pattern of the day.  OH has to go to a funeral in Berkshire today, she is taking her Aunt,  so I am not going because of restrictions on numbers.  Spent time yesterday cleaning the car,  getting fuel,  and putting air in the tyres etc. The car has only been back & forth to the Allotment for months now,  I tend to treat it a bit like a mobile shed, so it was only fair that I cleaned it 😄

    Morning all.
I hope you feel better soon @D0rdogne_Damsel and the cooking goes smoothly.

Weather looks better today so I will sow perpetual spinach and broad beans.

No builders today, plaster and floor leveller are drying.

    Hi all

Wet and windy, so time to prick out some more seedlings.

Mmm, not as nice as it was first thing this morning ... now it's overcast and a bit breezy, and I think there's rain in the offing ... looks like a studio day ...

Morning folks. It’s raining here so I’m sitting listening to nursery rhymes with Gabriel while Jonah is at school. We are forecast frost tonight so I must remember to put the fleece over the tender plants taken out of the greenhouse. Hop you feel better soon DD

You know how they say things come in threes ... well, after ending our straightforward trade arrangements with our nearest neighbours and replacing them with countless impediments, then a global pandemic, and now a big ship blocking the main routes for our preferred choice of trading with countries on the other side of the world, do you think that's our three done?  Can we look forward to a brighter future now ............ you have to laugh don't you   :D
