    Very sore elbow this morning, think it will definitely have to be a rest day, not something I enjoy. 😔

    @D0rdogne_Damsel ... take care of your joints ... I’ve been having pain from both my elbow joints for the last few months ... weird but I presume that loss of tone in my upper arm muscles is putting a strain on the joints when I lift ... 🙄 

    Wondered where you’d been @Pat E ... 😉  interesting photos 😊

    I’m thinking there’ll probably a lot of it about this year @Latimer ... some people have been saving their Cmas parties for the summer ... we might find that every weekend is Cmas 🎅 🎄 for a while 😂
