@chicky, do you have a link to the NGS lecture series? I'm sure more of us would be interested .

    Hi all

Decided that no gardening could take place, without me getting out of bed, but now it is bucketing down.

    Lovely picture @Pat E
Careful where you put that finger @Hostafan1

Here you go @Allotment Boy ...... Ordnance House (which I have now booked to visit) and Hurdley Hall are the ones I would highly recommend- available as recordings now.  Or you could book one of the three that are left to watch live (Pinsla, Tulips and RHS Bridgewater)

Edited to add: Sorry, got confused, the Bridgewater one is in the Kew series .....here https://www.kew.org/learning/talks-and-lectures/kew-mutual-improvement-society

  • Thank you @chicky, I was just about to ask the same question when @Allotment Boy beat me to it. I am not very good at sitting still and watching, but I'll give it a go. Sounds very interesting.

  • I am watching the birds feast whilst I'm having a little coffee break, I have now decided that the sunflower hearts are worth the extra money, they have made such a mess with the whole ones!

Glad you like the photo Punkdoc. I was thinking of you when I took the photo because you liked the one I took last year. 😃

Sorry @LorraineP,  I don't know what went wrong with the berry photo, it was on the draft. Here's another try

That's a Hypericum, thought it may be from your description. I think they must be imported but would love to know if they would grow in this country, I am in the sunny (!) South West!
