Morning DD. It’s so different from what we’ve been seeing lately. Rather liked it.

  • Good morning all 😊 ☕️
A beautiful bright morning here too ... with a touch of frost.

  • Very confused, just had an email saying they tried to deliver my new plants yesterday and no one was home, so now they've sent them back. I was in all day, in the garden too so couldn't possibly have missed the delivery driver as the garden is all at the front of the house. Poor plants, what happens to them now? 🙄

  • Flippin ‘echium @D0rdogne_Damsel, that’s a PITA ... could the driver have mistaken the address?

Morning folks, forecast said 2c and frost last night, rushed out, put bubble wrap over the citrus, in the greenhouse, which is bubble wrapped. No frost, but it was 1.9c, Lovelly for me, because I didn't get  single hot flush or worse!! It's 4.4.c already, not a cloud in the sky.  Hubby has his first jab, not far from the sea front, so will go with him, just in case he gets a reaction, but can walk the dogs along the beach while he is in there.

    le.

I was singing the praises of our elderly boiler the other day ... now it won’t maintain pressure and there’s a slight drip. I’ll be on the British Gas website tomorrow 🙄

    Good luck with that.
Our complaint regarding BG taking 5 weeks and 5 days to fix our fridge freezer is now being dealt with by the Ombudsman.

    Good morning all.
    Glorious, but V chilly morning.
Still can't get my wedding ring back on.
There must be something I can do with just one had (Not a word from you @punkdoc )

  • Morning @Hostafan1 ... hope the swelling goes down soon ... there must be bruising as well as the infection causing the swelling.
We’ve never had a problem with BG ... but it probably helps living on the edge of a city rather than in rural Devon. 🤞

Good morning Forkers.   Sunny here after a cloudy start and very bright but chilly.  Jobs to do indoors but out to play once it warms up a bit.  They reckon overnight temps will feel like several degrees below freezing for the next few days.   Might have to hold off sowing my chillies a bit longer then.

Hope you're swelling has eased @Hostafan1.    My wedding ring hasn't come off in 20 years or more - arthritic bits in my knuckles - so no amount of creams or threads will shift it.

Lovely blue @Pat E   Hope the blood test goes well.  That coconut slice sounds evil!
