Fingers crossed that @Hostafan1 is ok.

A good day in the garden. Finally getting some seeds planted starts the cycle of hope, excitement and, often, despair :o

Daughter no.2 is showing an interest in growing edibles so I've got another overflow garden for the surplus seedlings that I'm bound to have.

I hope he is OK, I expect hospital is where is is.

Poor Merri, it all sounds so long and painful, I hope they can at least sort her knees out.

Thank you all those who gave advice about cardboard. I have loads now as a dresser was delivered today, the men were meant to unwrap it, install it, put the top shelf bit on and take away the wrappings. I had paid extra for that, but they refused. They were the most unpleasant, unhelpful delivery men I have ever met. OH and I managed in the end, but I had a pain in my chest which scared me. OK now.

OH is driving back to Norfolk tomorrow, early start. When I next see him depends on Covid.

Complain and get a refund @Busy-Lizzie and find their FB page to give them bad publicity if you don't get any joy.  We have now used up our stocks of cardboard and I will have to go bothering shops for their packaging.

Hope your OH has a safe trip back and doesn't have too much hip bother.

Have spoken to Hosta. He is in hospital, not feeling great, but getting better.

Thanks @punkdoc - we have all been worrying about him.  Fingers crossed things are now going in the right direction.

@Yviestevie such a worry about Merri.  Hope the specialist in Birmingham has a creative way forward for her.

Thanks for letting us know @punkdoc - you are a good egg 👍🏼

    Sweet dreams all.

(Was it you @chicky who said your OH had vivid dreams after his jab? And Punkdoc had a weird night too? I definitely had strange dreams and a restless night and wondered if it was associated.)

Thanks also for the update, Punkdoc, I’ve been checking the thread for an update on Hostafan, as sounded very worrying. Wishing him a speedy recovery.
