As mine are to go outside I don't sow tomatoes until mid April. I'm hoping for great things now that the big ash tree has been pollarded ... it's due south of the veg patch which should be a lot lighter and brighter this year.

Oh dear, they've just taken my laptop away for repair. Trying to read this on my smart phone which I don't find so easy. However the sun has now come out so I ought to do some gentle gardening. Glad you had a good night @Hostafan1, OH reminded me yesterday of the time I hit my leg hard with a sledgehammer, trying to hit over a concrete washing line. My brothers fell about laughing but I ended up at hospital with a suspected blood clot later. A bit scary!
Hello everyone. Bright and sunny here but a chill breeze blowing in off the Atlantic. OH has been busy strimming edges while I potter indoors. I shall need draught-proofing clobber when I head out after lunch.
I'm waiting for night temperatures to increase a bit more before I sow my tomatoes as they'll have to go in the PT as soon as they're big enough to prick out. I also need to erect a barrier to protect them from being hen-pecked.
Enjoy your day, whatever you're doing. I hope those of you who are worried about loved ones get good news.

Well done @punkdoc. Now sit and admire for a while. Sorry, but I really dislike cheese and tomato sandwiches, even done on proper bread with home grown tomatoes.
You wussing @Hostafan1? Hope it isn't too painful today tho.
It is still very chilly out there in that breeze so I shall wuss off upstairs and sew for an hour till the sun gets round to the bed I want to tackle today.

Blowy, but quite warm here. Managed an hour outside, but I think that is all I can manage.
Very good news from the various vaccine studies.
Cheese and tomato sandwiches at yours then @Dovefromabove
