No snow in these parts except in exceptional years so Luçon does strawmen instead of snowmen to decorate the town centre.   This is just outside the cathedral.

A silver birch branch over the fireplace.

Is that fairy listing? Given the positioning and nature of her ‘support mechanism’ I suppose it’s natural.

The sun’s out so shortly I’ll put up a few outside decorations.
I really like that branch over the mirror, how did you come up with that?

We arent mixing our families this year, so just got out the small fibre optic tree, got the fairy lights outside, and 3 light up twig trees in the porch.

Whoah Tack that is indeed a splendid specimen, have enjoyed walking the dogs in the evening seeing the incredibly different decorations folk have put up.
  • Gordon Bennett, it isn't the 20th yet ....  :)
