Lots of towns here in Ireland, including where I live, have decided to keep their Christmas decorations illuminated to cheer up January. It's a brave attempt but I'm not sure it's really working - plus it's perhaps not the best move from an ecological point of view...

Some places in Belgium keep lights on till Carnaval which is an important time for Belgians to play, pre-Covid anyway. Our outside lights are staying up till after Possum's birthday on the 20th but everything else was put away on 12th night.

We used to visit Madeira at the end of January or beginning of February each year. (Best time for a holiday if you're gardening for a living...) The Christmas decorations would still be up when we arrived, and Christmas music playing in the restaurants. It felt very odd, especially arriving from frozen Britain to warmth, and gardens full of every sort of flower imaginable.
