Good morning @punkdoc ... good to see you  :D  I think we've had more frost this year already than we had in the whole of last winter.  That'll be good for the aphids ... not  ;)

Good to see @Fairygirl, @Desi_in_London, @Allotment Boy and the rest of you as you come along.

So this week has started with blue sky and sunshine ...   for Punkdoc and anyone else who enjoys the Norfolk coastline ... take a look at some of
    these

  • I resisted up to now but I put something on the Covid thread about managing risk. It will be interesting to see the reaction.

Morning all, I'm just having a coffee and waiting for it to warm up a bit before I go out to plant more tulips. it's not too bad here, about 9 deg.

  • OK @WonkyWomble ... will do in a min.

Meanwhile I've done the big Sainsbugs order for Wednesday, (and yes, I did delete the two bottles of gin I'd used to reserve the slot with ... but I replaced them with some Adnams Ghost Ship  ). It's a huge order, but I only do one order a month ... hopefully we'll do one the week before Cmas but if we don't get a slot it won't be a total disaster 'cos the meat is ordered from the farm shop and we'll add fresh veg and cheese etc to that, to pick up on the 22nd. OH has ordered the stamps for the Christmas cards so we're getting quite organised ... just got OH's and DS's birthday presents to organise now ... why do I have two men with birthdays the week before Christmas? 🙄😍

He's so cute, did he make the nest?

  • I think Wonky made the nest.  When she was little she wrote a story about a mouse and a hedgehog living together in a nest under a tree root ... I've still got it  :D
