    Morning all/afties, evening @Pat E. I couldn't cope with your weather. :D
    Nice pix
Another murky damp day here. Good for the stuff I put in yesterday, and judging by our forecast , they'll get well watered in over the next few days. As long as the tree stays upright in the winds, that'll be fine.
Had to take daughter to Prestwick airport last night for a Covid test. Nearest testing site. The joys.

Good morning all, I had a restless night, woken by a clap of thunder followed by a shower of heavy rain. I was also thinking about my son who seems to have all the things that are wrong with him since Covid at the forefront of his thoughts all the time. He has now developed Psoriasis so now thinks he is doomed! It's so difficult to know what to say to him, he was having counselling but I'm not sure its the right type.
OH thinks he can squeeze some more soup in one of the freezers so pumpkin soup making for me this morning   :/

@floralies - that's the problem isn't it? If you're already struggling, another thing on top of that knocks you completely. I expect it's all linked, although I have no medical basis for that opinion. My younger daughter has a skin condition which is quite debilitating, on top of her other problems, and I think it gets worse when she's stressed. We just have to manage it, as the doc just gives her creams which really do nothing, especially when the size of tube would only treat a tiny area, and it's everywhere.   :/
I hope so too @Dovefromabove. We don't really want to be self isolating again! Such is the way of it.

I hope she's OK @Fairygirl.   Worrying for you so have some hugs.

@floralies he'll be stressed to bits with all he has to cope with and psoriasis pops up in those circumstances.  Counselling should help with that and phototherapy with UV lights can help but he'd need several sessions a week and that's probably not possible just now.   Very frustrating for him and you.

I made a pumpkin and chickpea curry last night but we found it lacked depth - https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/squash-chickpea-coconut-curry   Loads leftover too so hope it improves with keeping.  OH is planning on eating it for lunch today.  And tomorrow.  And Thursday.   Possum and I will have onion frittata as somebody needs to eat our eggs.  3 a day at the mo.
