Very true @Hostafan1 ... but do you not find that a poorly thumb gets in the way more than other appurtenances? 👍😉

    @Hostafan1 😉
Used it every day as a legal sec. but it has quite a varied range of uses.

Morning all/afties @Pat E. Hope the fingers cope with the sewing up. Don't attach yourself to anything ....
@Liriodendron - you don't do things by half! I'd say fingers crossed for Mr. Liri. That would be easy for me, and tricky for him  ;)
I thought 'appurtenance' might be one 'them there Norfolk terms' @Hostafan1 :D
Frosty here, but the sun is up so hopefully a nice day beckons.

  • Morning all,  afternoon Pat 😀
Dove, fluffy people dressing gown here too!
Better night's sleep as my investment of my cool gel pad for my pillow is fantastic! Didn't have to get up and splash myself in cold water once! Unfortunately there's cold water coming from the sky now and I'm working outside all day .

  • Morning all,

I've not succumbed to fluffy dressing gown yet - but I taken my coffee back to bed with me, feels like a 'real' day off now.

I am going to get some gardening in today after I have shopped for my little dinner party tomorrow, thanks for the suggestions.

My selection so far is Peach Caprese, Pork with lentils and mustard sauce followed by a selection of cheeses and then Lemon Roulade

Hopefully the appurtenances I acquire whilst gardening, in the main huge midgy bite bumps, won't get in the way.  :o

As @Fairygirl says fingers crossed for Mr.L @Liriodendron, hope he get the thumbs up.  B)

    Now for a little snooze...zzz

    Good day all. :)

  • Thanks for all the good wishes for Mr Liri, folks.  He's definitely at the hospital cos I've heard from our daughter, but I don't expect he can use his phone inside...

Enjoy your day off @D0rdogne_Damsel - try and switch off  too  ;)
Washing going out then I'm off for a walk. It'll be nice in the sun, although still rather chilly of course. I can see nice patterns on the windscreen of a car, out of the front window.  :)
I'll catch you all later. Hope it's good news for hubby @Liriodendron
