@Yviestevie I know exactly what you are going through, just when you think it can't get any worse something else happens. Stay strong.  <3

    Morning all,

Hope you all have a day that leaves you in a better place than yesterday.

Just been pegging out the washing (I know but my life isn't all glamour  ;)) and saw the biggest cyril ever. He looked like he was after my moniker (as well as the brassicas)! Anyway, he's in the garden waste bin awaiting his transport to the council depot later today.

Feels like a bright, autumnal day today. Not going to be as warm as yesterday, which might mean less sitting in the garden and a bit more work  :o

    Morning all 😀

Brain still full of botanical terms and latin names from college yesterday ....but all sooooo interesting 🧐

Taking littlest chicklet for the obligatory pre-Uni Ikea trip this morning, then offwalking with my sisters this evening.  Last time we are going to be able to squeeze an evening outing in this year.....we are losing the light very rapidly now ☹️  Will have to switch to weekends instead 🚶🏼‍♀️🚶🏼‍♀️🚶🏼‍♀️
  • Morning all,

Lovely day here, going to reach 30° later, nice until Saturday they say. Drops nicely in the evenings so it's ok for sleeping which is good. I'm certainly getting good use out of our new deck.
Finger's crossed my new chef comes back today and is as enthusiastic as yesterday, he's due in at 3pm.
How did you catch 'Cyril' @Biglad
Have a good day all, hugs for all. 🤗

To be fair @D0rdogne_Damsel, he almost outran me  :D but managed to rugby tackle him in the middle of the lawn.

The bin has just been emptied and he's still in there! Clinging to the side the big bugger! I'm reluctant to snip him but if he makes a break for it, he's a gonner!

Thank you @D0rdogne_Damsel. OH is taking me out to lunch.

Who or what is Cyril? Have I missed something @Biglad?
