@Lizzie27, I think @Dovefromabove might have the right idea with dehydration.

Thanks Dove and Punkdoc. That did occur to me earlier, although I thought I'd been drinking water every time I went into the house - probably not enough! I don't eat a lot of salty foods and never use it in food but will try some crisps at lunchtime. I'm drinking lemon barley water at the moment.

    Thanks for your concern.

Afternoon everyone,  Care home called at 4.30 a.m. to let me know that mum had passed away.  She was 98 and had decided that her time had come.  I'm just so very sad that I couldn't be with her.  I hadn't seen her for months as Sandwell had reistated lockdown so I wasn't allowed in.  I can't even go and get her things.  They will bagged up and left in reception for me to get on Thursday morning.

    I'm so sorry @Yviestevie
Unimaginable for you. I think it's despicable that people aren't allowed to seeing ageing relatives, when folk can go to bloody pubs.
I'm sending love to you all x

  • Oh @Yviestevie ((hugs)) .... there aren't any words are there ... but lots of love and sincere condolences ... I know @WonkyWomble will join me in thinking of you and all who loved and cared for her.

Love to you @Yviestevie.  xx  So sorry to hear your news, to go with everything else that's hard to cope with in your life at the moment.
