Obelixx, I waited till I thought he had gone to bed. Steve, he s pretty much a recluse as well, he doesnt drink, so no pubs, we ocassionally go to a garden National Trust or similar.Ā  He s loved the lockdown, he doesnt have friends like me, not interested in people, or socialising. Unfortunately, he has a new boss at work who is an a-------e. Back at work, and saying he is going to retire. He s in the past had long periods many years of various phobias that stop him going out.Ā  He doesnt wear the flaming masks properly either, so pot and kettle.Ā  He has to be busy, the weather has been great so he could make new raised beds, do the garden.
Heating Dove, are you of delicate disposition, or is it really cold in Norfolk, even with the little showers on Saturday, its never dipped below 17c, outside, a lot warmer inside.

Your confidence is just out of practice @punkdoc.Ā  Ā You and it will be fine and the job will do wonders for Moira too.Ā  Hope the cricket is good for you.

@Nanny Beach he still shouldn't take it out on you.

It's flaming hot outside here but, in the kitchen which is on the north side and never gets sun, it is flipping cold if I leave the door open for the northerly breeze to blast thru.
Had to don a t-shirt over my strappy top while we had lunch.

It was a picture of aĀ sarracenia. Did it only show as a "symbol"?

Doesn't matter.Ā  He shouldn't be rude or abusive especially over something as trivial as choice of viewing.Ā  Ā I let OH watch cricket and golf and all sorts of sports and just give him a mild tease occasionally tho I do have to leave the room when he watches The Apprentice.

We have had a good washing day too (just spoiled with a few showers)Ā Ā

I think the weather is going to pick up as the week goes on. Hope so, I am on annual leave this week and not really had any time off since lockdown began and there were some cracking days in spring/early summer.Ā

@punkdoc I like the Snooker. It is good that it is back on TV but very very strange with no audienceĀ

It is nice to be back. Since I broke up from work, I have had a chance to post a bit on here. I have not really been on here for the past month or so.

Internet has been dreadful the last 2 days, tried to come here several times but Laptop said it couldn't reach the site. My last post isn't here. It just wouldn't post then I thought it might have done.
