Well, regarding my morning grmup on here regarding the weather and washing issue, I desided to do the 2 loads, and guess what people, it has been hot, sunny with a little breeze, YES, the washing is all dry!! Had to water the garden though!!!
I'm feeling that I need to take one for the team. It always pi***s down in IKEA car park. However, the showers are so isolated, I might not benefit being about five miles away.
We haven't been able to dry washing for days and the soil is lovely and moist. It's been so cold and damp that the tourists have all disappeared. We did the same walk as last Saturday and barely saw anybody. Hard to find anything to be negative about there
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
This is typical summer for us. Just as everything finally starts to ripen we get days of being stuck in the clouds and the persistant damp makes everything go mouldy.

@Kili It's not that i'm particularly bothered about being anonymous it's just a habit i got into, clearing out history etc, when i shared a computer with the family. We all did it.Then i started to chat on a couple of forums where it got particularly nasty and my log-ins had been tampered with so my clearing out cookies etc carried on.
Now i'm just feeling totally at war with the amount of technology supposedly needed to get through life doing ordinary day to day things.Work has changed everything to being online, preferably through an app;rotas, holiday bookings, shift swap, you name it,all needing an app.Booking a slot at the bloody tip needs an app so you can identify yourself when you get there!! I don't even have a phone that 'does emojis'. I don't NEED a phone that allows me to be on every app available or to be constantly scrolling through social media (they got that description wrong didn't they!)I don't 'do' all this life online bit.Not anymore.I dip and out of here and that's about it.Sad? Maybe, but one of the first signs of the end of my marriage was being in the same room as my (then) husband and him texting me instead of talking.I'm sure as hell not going there again!

They're all down here.
You’re so right,  Karen and her husband went for a Cliff top walk,  looking down on the beach she said you could not have put a pins point between the people, how can they enjoy that! And poor David with his job, it’s getting worse as bank holiday gets nearer.Â
