Woke up feeling a bit miserable this morning, have no idea why.  Hugs @Hostafan1
Secondborn has asked me to see if Ashwoods have any plants to fill her containers.  I doubt they will have any bedding plants left now.  I have quite a few left so might drop some off for her tomorrow but I suspect she will have a problem getting any compost.  Ashwoods didn't have any left the last time I went.  Will pop back on later, hopefully I wont feel so out of sorts.

    Enjoy your chilling @amberspy ;)
Slightly worrying @Obelixx, re the neighbours' party. I think a lot of people are simply carrying on being careful, no matter what the changes are.
Some of the reports of disruption, and the disgusting behaviour of some people is really depressing though. I saw this one yesterday  :(

We've had the usual nonsense at Luss, beside Loch Lomond, despite our guidelines being not to travel more than about 5 miles. Residents are terrified - it's a very long way to a hospital from there, not to mention the blocking of the very narrow roads. I despair.
Girls keep a look out for sultanas/raisins for me, and that was the first time there had been any available for ages. Handy for flapjacks too.
What was causing the cramps? Not something horrid, I hope?
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

Sultanas and raisins don't seem to be common in standard French cooking so no shortages here @Fairygirl.  The only thing I can't get at the mo is wholemeal flour for baking.  Plenty for bread - which I don't need and can't use for cakes.  Banana loaf now in the oven and I'm keeping the skins for the next 2 roses I'm planting.

Leg cramps are something I've had for a few years now.  Plenty of calcium and so on in my diet and I take a magnesium pill every day so last night was a bit of a surprise.

Haven't been near a beach since well before lockdown but have always been impressed by how clean they are with the only litter looking like it's been washed up and had a good battering by the sea.  No interesting driftwood tho.

@Yviestevie try supermarkets and DIY for compost.  They seem to have some so worth a look.

Three cheers - I can go to see my grandchildren now! Toilet tent and porta-potty just arrived via A....n,  so no worries about public loos en route or possible contamination in their house. Who would have thought I'd be so excited about such mundane objects as these but desperate times necessitate desperate measures! If you happen to notice a very red-faced embarrassed woman emerging from a little tent in a layby, do please just ignore her!

    Gorgeous @Hostafan1

I hope you feel happier tomorrow @Yviestevie

The job that I forgot what it was this morning was to weedkill the drive, also to wash the car as it was covered in pollen. Done both, but the weed sprayer sprang a leak last year, only about its 3rd use, and I couldn't find the receipt and I forgot where I bought it. Stuck the bottom up with tape and it did half the drive then started leaking.

Going to Hyde Hall tomorrow and OH's electric mobility scooter arrived  He charged the battery and we went for a 2km walk, at least I walked. He's very pleased. The scooter is now charged and in the car. I'll make a picnic as the café will be closed. There will be a couple of loos open. Toilet tent sounds a brilliant idea @Lizzie27 I wish I had one. Hope we can find a stop on the way to Hyde Hall, may just have to hide between the open car doors. Looking forward to seeing the garden.
