I will join you with the anchovies @Dovefromabove, I like them as a crust on lamb and on pizza.
Sausage sandwiches have been followed followed by some very nice Brie de Meaux for lunch.
I have asked Moira if she will go and howl in the woodland tonight, she does not seem keen.

Moira not keen? Can't imagine why @punkdoc :D

Will you be partaking of some Mr Zimmerman today, as it's his birthday too? Slightly older than you though.

I noticed that @Fairygirl. May put on a bit of Highway 61 revisited. Am listening to Aztec Camera at the moment.

Had to go out there @punkdoc, and it's like Sauchiehall Street on the Saturday before Christmas....
A bit of Highway 61 sounds like a good idea. I expect JW might play a little track this afternoon too. He did a little homage to the Kraftwerk chap and the keyboard player form the Stranglers last week.

It’s drizabone out there again ... I’ve had to put the sprinkler on the Wilderness again ... unheard of at this time of year 😕

Well the wine is now open.
Our local Nursery has just delivered 4 bags of MPC, that is a serious present.
Thanks again for all the good wishes, it has helped make it a rather nice day, in these rather worrying times.

Glad you’ve had a nice day @punkdoc  ...  we’ll join you in a bit 🍷  ... a rather good French rosé is waiting for me to grill some Barnsley chops when the Potatoes Boulangère are ready. Cavalo Nero will accompany them.

All the fish was missing from my Morrisons order, the fresh rolls weren't the fresh sort but burger buns and the veg was scarce so I nipped around Tesco as their sanitising arrangements are better so bought more then I'd meant. But it did mean that we had caramel fresh cream doughnuts for tea.

We'll be having roast herby turkey breast tonight with roast potatoes, stuffing, Brussels sprouts and beans, washed down with a glass or 2 of Chardonnay.
