Morning all/afties Pat if you're around.
Sun earlier here, but cloudy now. Make the most of your rain folksĀ  ;)
Think we have some for next week's forecast, but that can change fifty times before then. Our ground is fine anyway, after last week's stuff.
Not sure what I'll do today. Front grass has grown a wee bit, so it looks more grass than moss. Lots of little plants that have been languishing in wee pots for too long, so I might get them done.Ā
I don't really approve of B&Q's click and collect just now. Just my opinion of course.Ā
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I hope we get enough rain to soak the ground and then we can get mulching.Ā

    Morning Fairy
I try not to use large tax dodging companies if I can. The stock and knowledge of the staff are so much higher quality than the larger outlets.Ā
Dove that was me yesterday pricking out seedings more again today!

    mucho excitemundo.Ā

My friend who lost his Gran has messages today : both his parents are now in hospital with Covid-19. His brother lives in the same house so they're all watching him to see if / when he shows any symptoms.

hi everyone. I’m feeling quite pleased with myself. Ā My neighbour who is always so depressed when she rings, up was having a whinge this morning so I introduced her to the jigsaw site. Explained how to keep,it to a small number of pieces etc, since she’s not very good with her computer. Ā I asked her to let me know how she got on ( thinking there would be a problem or two to be explained) when she rang to say was thrilled with it and had become addicted to them already. Ā I felt so elated, that I also took one of my colouring books and some orncils over to her. I’ll have to be careful that my halo doesn’t slip and blind me. šŸ™„

To strike a positive note, isn’t it remarkable that the lasting image of the indomitable British spirit etc in this hellish situation isn’t coming from politicians but from a 99 year old chap who sounds like my dear late Pa. Ā£18 million and still climbing ... and now there’s a recording of him singing You’ll Never Walk Alone with Michael Ball Ā ... will it be released and get to Number 1. ?

Well done @Pat E ....always good to share the jigsaw joy šŸ˜€

Sad times for your friend @Hostafan1 .....so difficult for so many people.

Totally agree with you @WonkyWomble about the independent nurseries - so many are doing mail order to keep the wolf from the door right now. Ā And the ones I’ve used have always sent brilliant quality plants. Ā  They have all lost their showcases of Malvern, Chelsea and numerous plant fairs that have all been cancelled. Ā Anxious times for them all. Ā If we want them to exist after all this is over we should support them. Ā Don’t have many gaps at the moment, but if I did I would be ordering away šŸ‘šŸ». (Maybe I should look harder for some gaps šŸ‘€)

Morning all,Ā  Had a terrible night with IBS and then this morning a letter arrived to say that someone in Mums home had tested positive for Covid19.Ā  I feel so sick with worry and there's nothing I can do. Don't think I've ever felt this helpless.
