Radishes and golden beetroot sown ... OH helped me plant a few (4) potatoes in our old recycling box (we're running out of places to grow things so decided to make use of it).  By then my flippin shoulder was complaining so OH sat me down on a comfy chair at the sunny end of the garden behind the amelanchier and handed me my book ... at around 4pm I had a coffee and a spiced bun ... the sun's just gone behind the house so I've come in ... I've spent almost the whole afternoon reading.   We're not having a proper supper ... we're just having omelette or soup and spiced buns ... just can't be bothered for once, and OH doesn't mind ... he likes soup and he likes spiced buns.

While I was sitting in the garden I discovered something ............ the robins aren't building a nest .....

.......... they're feeding babies !!!!!!!!  :D<3:D<3:D<3   I saw one of the adults leave the nest with a faecal sac.

Oo - that’s a good idea for the recycling box, I might have one in the shed with kindling in it plus an old hessian recycling bag 🤔

I’ve been listening to some podcasts outside - Woman’s Hour and Clare Balding’s Dog-cast.

    Have a pleasant evening all.

    Good evening all.
It's been a lovely day here. Busy in the garden. Seed sowing, pricking out, potting on... in shorts all day! Just had a soak in the bath and a lazy pizza for dinner.  Have a lovely evening with chicklet, Chicky
And a lovely weekend to all

Lovely day here too, T shirt weather. I finished painting the arbour and the wrought iron gate which I'm going to grow a clematis over. I planted the new climbing red rose and the dicentra and potted up some parsley. Lunch outside again.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

High winds here today, although it is sunny. Not going outside.

Hope all are well. My thanks to all the people helping the sick.

Are you on duty today? It’s quiet here. Not sure if the shops in town are open or not.
