    Oh nice... I looked at Miss Saori.... not heard of Zorro, but love the lacecap types..
    ..no I won't get blue either unfortunately..

    I assume Zorro is named because it has black stems, but isn't dark in the way that say Amistad is. In the case of Zorro, I find the black stems set off the flowers, whereas with Amistad, I find the black and blue is hard to coordinate in my garden. I bought it because of all of the hype  :D I'm sure in the right setting it's a lovely plant, just not in mine. Course now I have it, I'm loathe to get rid of it...

    ..sorry Omori, I'm not with you here.. are you talking about a Salvia?  I thought Zorro was the lacecap hydrangea on the left of your 2 images?...  Amistad is a Salvia...

    @Marlorena I think @Omori is making the point that with Zorro the dark stems nicely offset the (pink-or-what-the-colour-is) blooms, unlike Salvia Amistad, where both stems and flowers are dark-hued.

    aah ok.. thanks... well I agree about Amistad..  but perhaps it will look better with these hydrangeas..
