@peteS, it won't hurt to dig the rose up again so soon and more it, we all do things like that. Funnily enough I have the same rose, now in it's second year - the blooms (though not many) are amazing, an almost neon bright pink! Not quite sure if it's to my taste yet but Marlorena advised me it needs at least three years before it settles down so I'm waiting to see. I might have to move this one as well but will wait until the winter when it's dormant.

Thanks for that @Lizzie27. I know neon bright pink is all the rage this summer in the young fashion world, but I'm not quite sure it would fit into my colour palette. I think, as it's semi hidden in it's present position, I shall leave it where it is and wait and see what it produces. I might even be pleasantly surprised.

Many of mine are still flowering. Royal Jubilee has flowered continuously for that last month, it hasn’t been without flowers the whole time and still has lots of new buds too.

Same with Malvern hills - it slowed down and had a fewer flowers but still a few bunches - it’s now picking up again.

Rhapsody in Blue had one large flush that lasted a few weeks and is now having a rest. The others are too young to really comment on, they’ve either flowered already and stopped or are yet to flower.

My potted Desdemona has done well in first year, flowered continuously albeit with only a couple of flowers at a time - lots of new buds now. Vanessa Bell, likewise new, had a surprising number of flowers and flowered very early.

Ooh, that’s lovely @Marlorena thanks for the link, very @edhelka too! I was thinking I needed another floribunda or two, as many shrub roses seem to be a bit stingy in their blooming for me. I’m not sure if it’s just down to weather or if I should be feeding them more.

I really like your Wildberry too, but that’s another Tantau and I already have a few on my list.

Have you seen or know anything about the other new weeks rose ‘Like no Other’? Terrible name but looks fab. Don’t think it’s released yet.

I also like the rose @Marlorena posted @edhelka. And one that was posted earlier - Alexandra I think? I'm starting to consider buying more pots to grow roses on my deck to feed my rose habit - and that way I can also have more time to plan the front garden...

@Pianoplayer If you’re wanting to tidy it up after flowering you could just snip off the flower stem.

I'll ask here first, does anyone know what this spider like creature is? I spotted it on one of my roses.  I've looked at spiders UK and can't see anything like it.. maybe it's not a spider?.. thanks for having a look..
