Some simple ways to possibly boost your immune system, many are obvious, some have some good scientific evidence. Because I have issues, I already do some of them, and will probably start the rest now.
Wash hands Drink at least 2l of fluid a day. Eat multi coloured vegetables. Eat garlic, must be pressed into a paste and left for a while before cooking. Take Vitamin D throughout the winter, it is not necessary in summer, if you spend a lot of time outside. High dose vitamin c will not prevent viral infection, but may shorten the duration of illness. take Zinc, follow recommended dose, as can be toxic. Ensure plenty of sleep.
Sorry would take too long to go into details.
How can you lie there and think of England When you don't even know who's in the team
My son won’t survive it should he get it, fortunately he’s a delivery driver so is out in the open through the day. Very worrying for him , or me, he won’t let on how he feels.
Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
I have reported two pieces of fake news on Facebook. one is about taking large doses of vitamin C and drinking a slice of lemon in water, and another stating that if you drink a lot you’ll wash the virus down, it will then enter your stomach and be killed by your stomach acid. Why do people do this🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Hi from Australia. 😃. I’ve enjoyed reading all the posts on here. So far, we haven’t had any reported cases in our district, but there has been one in Canberra which is an hour and a half drive away. I’m a tiny bit concerned about our local friends having just received visitors from USA. Hope they don’t bring them around to meet us. 🙄 Id stick with Punkdoc and Fidget every time for sound advice.
Off to town for a break from the house, so will try not to touch anything or anybody.
To me, it looks like the plan is to stop testing non severe patients and let it spread slowly through the population with the aim of reaching its peak in the summer, where healthcare has the most capacity to cope (instead of delaying till next winter)
A different model to the rest of the world, but I suppose it makes sense. The theory is that Italy and Korea have only delayed an inevitable second outbreak once they release the tight restrictions.
On a more local note, my clinic is exploring the possibility of providing facilties for childcare, so that healthcare professionals can still attend work when it hits its peak. Not sure if I'd want my kids in that environment, hopefully I won't have to make that choice.

Because they're a***holes.
Would your son not be eligible to stay at home if he's an 'at risk' person? I hope you can persuade him.
My sister sent me these, so I thought it might lighten the grim reality

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
being outdoors all the time will help.
Zinc is essential if you take vitC , your body only absorbs C if you take zinc.
is that the same for vitD then?
