Good morning.  Started off sunny with clear skies above but now we have cloud creeping in again.   No matter.  It's a patch and mosaic day anyway.

Coffees first tho while I sort out some paperwork.

Hope everyone gets the weather they need for what they're doing today.  New tenants @Hostafan1?

    Sore subject.
Total no show , not even the agent who isn't answering her phone.
    I'm beyond livid.

Morning Hosta! Yes please Dove, that will be my second!
    Hi Pat, Obelixx and AuntyRach
Can somebody please stand guard over my delphiniums and my seed trays whilst I'm at work please? I've taken to sinking upturned pint glasses over my delphinium shoots as they get munched when my back is turned!
Have a good day folks  :)

No excuse for an estate agent not keeping you informed about how a visit went or why it didn't happen.   Change agents?

Good luck with those delphiniums @WonkyWomble.  Have you thought of trying aconitum instead?  Slugs and snails don't eat those.

@Hostafan1 they're Delphinium requienni .... I've found the foliage can make your skin a bit sore if you handle them a lot so wear gloves.  Also beware of putting the seedheads on the compost heap 😳  They're popping up all over the veg patch!!!

If the ground ever dries up enough to get it weeded , I'll get them planted out.
