@Fairygirl Gabriel is still under the weather and having to use his inhaler regularly but so far he's holding his own. Still have no idea what it is, it could just be any old virus and not the Covid19 variety.
So very sorry @punkdoc. Worrying news whichever it is and all the more so knowing no-one can visit and reassure her.
It's been sunny but nippy here. I have had a fine time sorting out the contents and storage in the garden shed which is actually a stone built thing on the end of the annex. OH has been strimming in the potager after clearing weeds so I can plant out the last of the brassica plugs. After muttering all morning about clearing the ruin for the swallows he's now muttering about my plans to move the raspberries to a lovely cleared bed. It's either that or the compost as they're currently smack in the middle of my new shrubs and trees bed.

I think that's the problem @Yviestevie. It could be nothing major, but because of the current problem, our heads take over and cause us to worry even more. As long as he's not getting worse, that's the main thing. I'll send it @star gaze lily Think we're getting an improvement tomorrow, so I might do something more productive than making fairy cakes...
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
Love and hugs to everyone who needs them ... and more ☕️ ☕️ ☕️
Another bright and sunny morning ... but it looks as if we’ve a chilly and windy weekend ahead .... I might need to make a spiced carrot soup.
I’m glad we got stuck into the splitting and repotting and sorting out of the terrace this week ... it’s looking a bit more like a garden out there rather than a junkyard ... of course the fact that the storm damaged fence was replaced on Monday has done a lot to make it all look more loved and cared for. Now we have to restore the bed in that corner.
The wooden compost bins were destroyed when the fence went so that all needs a rethink too ...
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
The sun is still shining here, Charlie has gone out in the garden to make a vegetable patch so we can survive - bless him - he asked what grows fastest?
Pleased to hear some good news about families reunited and getting better, sorry to hear about scary illnesses. Reading the news and chatting to people seems to be very like that at the moment - very unsettling.
I'm off out to check on relocated plants - two chances, like the rest of us I suppose. Stay safe everyone!
