I'll echo @Allotment Boy's comment @AuntyRach. Make no mistake - all decent people understand just how tough it is for you all, and appreciate the risks you face every day.
I always meant to ask you why you'd picked the name @Obelixx. I suppose I just assumed it was the Asterix and Obelix connection. I think the cartoons used to be in the paper when I was growing up.

Morning @Dovefromabove and @Dordogne Damsel. Sunny but no frost. LOVING this weather. I even managed to cut some grass yesterday. Too long to pick up so it's just chucked out the back. I can deal with it later !!!!
I have managed to read back what I missed yesterday. Very worrying times and a lot of stress for all but nice to hear about people's kindnesses too.
I am just gardening when I can and reading a book in-between. My recovery is taking longer than expected but luckily I have longer to recover so no stress about it. This is the first time I have ever slowed down like this, it surely can't be a bad thing. Hopefully by the time all this is over I'll be fighting fit, full of energy and ideas with a beautiful garden to boot.
Weather is beautiful here so at least I am getting a nice tan.
Have a good day all.

Morning Dove, morning DD Bright with a dusting of frost in the shady areas here. Day three of moving the bedroom around for hubby... it's the wiring that takes the time apparently! As I'm not very useful at helping with such things, I've got seeds to sow. It's so quiet here it's lovely! Noisy birds though, I think they are panic stock piling fat balls!!
Morning all/afties Pat, if you're there Can I have your frost please? Back to the old rain and wind here. Rain is light though, not like the relentless stuff the north west has been having. Glad I cut the front grass yesterday just before it started. I say grass, it was moss with a few strands of grass peeking through You'll be glad of a wee bit of quiet there @WonkyWomble I suppose it may be indoor jobs here today, unless it dries up a bit more.

Sorry your weather is pants Fairy! How's elder Fairylet doing today? Sun is beating down here but this is a walled garden in a dip so it's very sheltered unless you open the gate then the wind comes all the way down the opposite street and we are the first obstacle it comes through! Second coffee required first before I venture into the garden is think!
She's asleep @WonkyWomble, which has been the case since yesterday, apart from coughing. I'll give her a bit longer and then see how she's feeling. Youngest isn't having too many symptoms, but she's keeping her distance too. Thanks for asking It's light rain, so not too bad. I can sit here and watch the birds a bit anyway. That's a vital, and valid, use of time you know.

We’ve woken to a bright and frosty morning.
